I have a set of K&S sanding films that i would like to use. They are incredibly fine and its really hard to tell them apart. I have five different sheets coloured green, black, bone, grey and a translucent off white. Does anyone know how i can determine which colour is which grade?
Thanks

i have never seen the testors films. These are like a plasitic version of wet n dry sand paper. There are two sets the fine and ultra fine i think. The packaging had some info about the grit but the numbers used didnt correspond to 'normal' sandpaper grades so its hard to say what they are equivilent to.

My preference is to go to the local Auto Paint Store and get some 1000, 1500 and 2000 wet dry sand paper, those plastic films don't conform well and they wear out fast.

The testor films that i have, when it seams like its worn i out, i go and wash them in hot water with soap, and there like bran new again.
