headlight installation ?

my black housing angel eyes projectors came in today and i called around to take a estimate how much it will cost to install them. they said around $150 to $200! thats more than the lights themselves. my question is if i can install them myself? and they said they are going to have to take the bumper off. is that nescessary? thanx

Front bumber removal is not very hard. There are 2 bolts under each light. The only problem you would have doing is yourself is aligning the beams properly so they dont blind us, the other drivers!
