check coolant level?

i have a 1998 750il . i recently brought it to a mechanic to see why it kept saying to check coolant level. he replaced my coolant sensor & checked the fluid levels but the message still comes up approx. 10-20 min after i start the car. any ideas on what to look at checking next?:wtf:
