h22a!!

i was wondering what kinad of header was good for an h22a 4-2--1 or 4-1?? please replay i know what they both do i just purched a jdm h22a and need a header and was wondering what would give me best results thank you

the stock jdm header should be pretty good

um since you can design a header to do whatever you want there is no set answer. a lot of people would say a 4-1 has a better top end, and a 4-2-1 has more torque and better midrange. not true. either header can do either thing depending on design.

long runners of the 4-1 will give better low end. because of the long runners, it will give you better velocity, and less reversion. where a short runnered exhaust manifold with large diameter will cater to the high flow at high RPM, possibly sacrificing low end.

The best thing I can tell you is DC Sports make great aluminum and chrome header for all honda, the have the 4-2-1 and the 4-1.

actually thats not the best thing you could say. the dc header sucks for the h22 although they do perform decently on other applications. The stock JDM would be better than dc.
