proper moonroof alignment

Hi everyone. I have a 2003 Sequoia with a moonroof that seems to have too much wind noise. The weatherstripping and rubber all look good. I found the adjustment screws on the side that allow me to adjust the height of the glass. My question is, what is the proper alignment? Should the glass be flush to the exterior weatherstripping connecting the roof sheet metal to the moonroof? Should the glass be slightly under the exterior weatherstripping? slightly above?
Surely, the moonroof didn't come from the factory with this much noise.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The glass should be slightly under the exterior weatherstripping and even all around the perimeter. The difference in height between the glass and roof panel should be 0-2.0 mm (0-0.079 in.).
