Yeah, i forgot, Actually i did mount em on to test em on my Revell iTR it it looked alright, cuz it is 1/25 scale. But for small cars such as Civic HB's or any small car i think it will go well with it, but for my SkylineR34 im building it just looked really.... tiny.

Hey, big exhausts along with big intakes let the car breathe....just dont let any birds build a nest in it...

But exhaust that is to big makes so there is no back pressure thus defeating the purpose of the exhaust of high performance exhaust!

Those appear to be the right scale, heres an idea - scrap the styrene and go with K&S aluminum tubing , build em the same way and glue em with CA, now the cool part get out the metal polish and make them shine like crazy or give em a shot of dulll coat for the satin look, hmmmmmmmmmm I wonder if it would work to polish them and give em a shot of candy paint to give it the anodized look?

thats a good idea (and what im doing with my turbo stang, but using styrene tubing and aluminum tubing), but styrene tubing w/ bare metal foil is shinier :iceslolan

If styrene with BMF is shinier, you ain't polishing the right! Lol, just kidding.
Yes, polishing and shooting candy paint over them will work for an anodized look. I tried it with ink once - looked nice but it never fully dried....hmmm.
Oh yeah, a coat of candy paint over the BMF -n- plastic tips will work too!

Yeah I tried a dab of candy over some Detail Master line Fittings and it looks pretty good, another guy in our club suggested that Graphics Art Markers work well and do dry
I prefer the metal over styrene and BMF because it gives a better scale appearance, wall thichness and so on, plus no matter what BMF will have a seam and it is hard to bend around the end of the tubing and back inside it without it creasing.
The aluminum tubing also works great for drive shafts, I cut the kit piece and mill down the ends so they fit in the metal tubing, I paint the palstic with metallizer paints. This works great when you are kit bashing and swapping engines and stuff because you can make custom lengths
