Help with door panel/window regulator?

Hello Folks - Need some tips on repairing a malfunctioning RR window on a '96 Fleetwood Brougham. Symptom is upon rollup the window leaves the track plane and gets stuck. Has to be backed off and guided by hand into the weatherstrip. I'm an accomplished weekend warrior so I'm sure I can handle it with a bit of guidance as I'm sans a service manual. A shame as the car is a 28K SoCal creampuff formerly driven by my widower uncle (very little use of that RR window). I need to prep it for sale to recover funeral expenses. This is the last of the RWD Long Wheel base cars as many of you know. Really drives like a dream and is like a new car in/out. I'd keep it but sadly it's too long to fit in my garage!
