does the lip from the 87 integra fit perfectly on the civic sedan/hb?

well, it is the same form and has all teh same bolt holes except for two. You use the intergra mounting hardware if you dont already have it.
What you'll have to do is bolt the lip to the car, and you will notice tha tit sticks back into the fender well about 5 inches or so. You'll have to cut it off and drill a hole for the rearmost mount point. then it will bolt directly on.

did any 4th gen's come with lips stock? (not crx's only 4th gen's)

4g4d's i belive not, however the civic Si came with a lip.

The 89 Si I just bought doesnt have a lip on it. Guess ill just have to survive without one till I get my WW bumper
