Question about European Directive "E-Commerce VAT"

starting from july, 1st 2003 all online commerce in European Union will be affected by this directive, it talks about B2B comerce and B2C commerce but i don't know all the issues discussed in the directive. For all the AFers that live in European Union and for anyone else that could give some answer to me: will the HLJ and HobbySearch models be affected by this directive???

That document makes no mention of the purchase of goods; only services. The only reference is in trading goods for services...
