After reading LS/VTEC Don't believe the hype, parts 1 and 2, I have been searching for imformation on this question.
If the ideal stroke ratio is 1.75:1, is it safe to change a B18C's ratio of 1.58:1 to the ideal? Would my engine benefit and/or perform better if so?

If you want big power all motor, you go with one of the big players in the cam game- Toda Spec B and C, or Jun Stage 2 and 3, and you accept no substitutes. All (or at least 95%) of the 225+ all motor whp B18s are running these camshafts.

I am aiming at building an all motor B18C1 from a 1995 Integra GS-R. Though this thread (http://www.honda-acura.net/forums/showthread/t-33662.html) was helpful...
I'm looking more for how-to's, to get here (http://www.ericksracing.com/images/dynorc.gif) by building it myself. I found http://www.ericksracing.com/engines.htm very interesting, but I want the experience from building one.

Please add any links you think will help answer my questions and search. Thanks in advance if you take time out to help me!
