Hello.I have a 1993 Grand Prix. Just wondering if anyone knows how to disable the auto locking on this Pontiac Grand Prix? The switch stopped working and I would just like to disable it rather than try to figure out why the switch does not have power. Thanks

For my 99, door lock, remote, and alarm features are programmable. The owner's manual has the procedures, including disabling auto lock.
I am inferring from your post that by auto-lock you mean the door-locking when the car is put into drive, and your door switch doesn't unlock it.
You may have a bad switch. (May not be a power problem at all.) The window switches in mine have gotten flaky. There are little plastic fulcrums in there that wear down, preventing proper switch action. Cuz I'm cheap and impatient, I've taken the switch assemblies apart multiple times and shuffled those things around to get the switches I want working (sacrificing others).
