I've got a noise in the frontend of my 04 blazer that I cant fix:runaround: I've replaced both shocks, all tie rod ends, upper and lower ball joints, gearbox, and nothing works. I've looked at the rubber bushings and can't find any missing but when I hit a bump or pothole it sounds like I have a broke shock what can it be someone help:runaround:

Have you checked the sway bar links and bushings?

I've pushed, pulled and looked at everything I can think of. I've spent over $1000 bucks and haven't got any results except now I've got a new frontend lol. I love my blazer but it's literally driving me crazy:runaround: I'll check your suggestions thanks for your response. Oh and my tires are wearing evenly so that's a plus. I want to thank DelCoch it was the hood hinge washer causing all that racket.

Sounds like a loose hood hinge. Sometimes the obvious escapes the brightest mechanics. :sarcasmsign: See this post:

Look at the large (~3" dia) washers on the bottom side of the body mount bushings at the front and intermediate positions. They may be damaged or missing. Mine were, and it hammered/thumped over large bumps.

Just do one bolt at a time & it's a DIY type thing.
