Well it a depends on how much money you want to spend and street legal? I think a good turbo would be GReedy. It's street legal and comes with just about every thing except the intercooler. There's apex-i , turbonetic,dragturbokits,xs-engineering,and edelbrock. If you want to know more just put .com and the end of the trubo companies that i listed or use search engine of ur choice. The turbo kits will be about $3.000 or more and maybe less like I said(about)

greddy doesn't have a kit for the 96-00 Civic Ex's yet,
revhard and the brand new edelbrock kit are 2 kits that come to mind.
the edelbrock kit is the complete deal everything that you need, there is a deal on it right now at www.groupbuycenter.com
doesn't look like too bad of a kit, it uses the t-28 turbo

That's true, but the 92-95 kit will fit on by extending the primary O2 sensor wiring and wiring the blue box up to the 99 ECU. Other than that, there's no difference.
I've ran the Greddy kit for almost 2 years now without a problem.

Oh, I would go for the Edelbrock kit if you want a GREAT kit. Or you could go for the Apexi IHI turbo kit, but it's almost as expensive as the Edelbrock and you don't get near as much stuff with it. I think the Edelbrock is about the best kit on the market for the SOHC motors.
Larger turbo's take too long to spool and you're really not going to get them into their "real" cfm range until you get past 10psi.

yeah if you want a realatively inexpensive kit get the greddy kit for the 92-95 civics, but i would get it through www.groupbuycenter.com because i think right know they have 27% off all greddy products. If you want the complete deal save up and get the edelbrock kit because it is nice and it has everything.

I know that seems cheap, but 27% off retail pricing ends up being the normal prices you can get from Alamo Autosports and other large distributors. If you want a BETTER deal than that, you need to hit up the individual distributors, like ME.

Because I know what the kit's go for and can sell them for less than the GroupBuy.com. If I just wanted to make $20 off of it, I would sell it to only friends.
