94EX Won't Start

Sup guys,
I'm a newb to the post so bear with me....
Okay, this is the problem: 2 nights ago my civic (94 EX coupe) rolled to a stop--lights still going, stereo still blasting--I was fortunate enough to make it to a gas station. However, I tried to start it...engine cranked, won't turn over--no ignition that is. Tried jumping, no go. Don't think its a problem with battery at all. Had to push car home because tow trucks f**k my car up. Pushing a car I have invested nearly $10,000 in mods in is very embarassing, as I'm sure you all can imagine.
SO...just wanted to know if anyone had any advice on how to get it started so I could get it to my mechanic and again avoid towing. I have heard s**t like EFI, fuel toggle switch, yada yada yada, just looking for a way to get it started.
THANX
P.S. Will get pics up soon.

well there are alot of things that it could be first it could be your clutch switch..try turning on the key and if all your dash lights come on then you know it isnt the battery, plus if you can play your stereo then you know that isnt it.....and the list can get really long but most of what everyone is saying you should check cause we cant tell you how to start the car without knowing foir sure what is wrong with it...

Well....
Been running some diagnostics...
Its NOT the battery, NOT the clutch switch, NOT the fuel pump.
Had a mech I know come by and he says it def looks like an ignition problem within the distributor. Not too long ago I installed an MSD cap, blaster coil and replaced the rotor while I was at it, so I can eliminate those as well.
SO...I still need to eliminate some other parts. I've been told what's left to test are:
1) the ignition switch (no idea where the hell that is)
2) the igniter module (the chip inside of the distributor cap, aka igniter amplifier, aka igniter)
3) main relay
I plan to snatch a junkyard module and put that in (a new one cost upwards of $150). If it's the main relay, I'm effed and have some costly labor to pay for. But before it comes to that...
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO LOCATE/INVESTIGATE THE 'IGNITION SWITCH'??
F.Y.I.>Been told by many sources that this sort of thing is VERY, VERY common among 92-95 VTECs, so fellow civ owners may want to take note.
Thanx again

same thing happened to me when i had my msd cap. the two wire in the dist that are the - and + side made contact with each other and fried that little chip inside the dist where the four wires connect to. luckily i had the old dist from my d16 and i just replaced it and it worked. just an idea. also check the msd coil, i heard a couple of people having problems with defective msd coils.

I had the same problem happen to me, luckly I was near a hill and could still roll start it! I took it to the Honda Dealer and it was something to do with the factory car alarm or some bull. They just cut 1 wire and it started like a dream.
