01 sunfire lose tilt column

I know how to repair the old tilts but this the the big square head that is different. Any one know how to repair did one about 25
Years ago on a theft that the rack was broke I had to take out the rack had to be installed from bottom. I don't remember what the inside looked like. I'd like to
Know what the inside looks like before I tear in to it just need to know if I need to remove it and perform repairs on bench that's how I did rack.
