Turbosaturn,
"Orange Peel" is the look that you get after painting a body where the paint particles are actually dry as they land on the model. Its a rough finish to the paint job similiar to the skin of an Orange hence the phrase Orange Peel.
If you get it there are two ways to correct it either, sand the model, wash and repaint or if its only very light orange peel compunding the car might get rid of it.
To stop orange peel forming, spray slightly closer to the model but move the can/airbrush quicker across the model.

PS A bit of advice this question could have been answered by the use of the FAQ or by searching the boards rather then starting a new thread.
