all motor Ls?

could someone tell me what i would need to build a N/A ls? i want to be able to rev up to 9 grand, and this would be for just the street. i would like to know what parts you would recommend or any sites would be great too, thanx.

alot of head work
cams, porting, valve springs, the works, high compressing pistons some rods, maybe knife edge your crankshaft, block guard. clutch, ecu. alot of stuff you might even wanna go lsvtec. you might wanna swap out your tranny too ls trannies are good for turbo long gears maybe a type r tranny with lsd.
