BOMZ hi-flow cat help plz/comments

Has anyone else used a bomz high flow cat on a 90-93 integra? first of all mine didnt line up with the holes from exhaust header on one side to the rest of the catback on the other so i just tied some wire diagonally through the holes and wound the ends up. also it was like 1/4" inch too short so theres a gap...

im not sure if its because theres a gap and exhaust is leaking out or what but this thing made my car LOUD.. i dont mean just a little loud but freaking DEAFENINGLY loud. its seriously louder than a harley with exhaust when im at 3k rpm if im going up a hill and step on the gas just a little, not even 1/5th of the way down. my parents said they heard me coming THREE MINUTES before i got home and i live in a country area so i was through trees and hills and other houses that they heard me from 3 minutes away....

Doesn't sound like the cat was made to line up to your stock exauhst. You might want to check with the company you bought it from and see what they say about it ;they may have sent you a cat for a different year integra. Or perhaps theres an adapter missing that you can probably pick up from any parts store.

theres 3 holes on 1 side and 2 holes on the other, if u line it up so the 3 holes conncet then the 2 on the other side dont and visa versa. the box said 98-02 cavalier (written in pen) on it but i held it up and it looked right size so i didnt return it... i dont want it anymore anyway cuz its just a resonated test pipe, im just gonna hollow out my stock cat and put that on, fit perfectly and it'll look legal for a cop that looks uner my car
