2005 Ford Freestar Jack Reinstallation

If anybody gets bored and wants to post some pictures or detailed instructions on how the jack goes back onto its mounting plate and back into the fender well compartment that would be great. I might be missing a piece or something. I can't visualize how the jack mounts back onto the metal mounting plate.
