Whos been scammed?

I think ive been scammed for a WW front bumper, payment has been sent, seller emailed saying he got it and cashed it, its been almost a month with no shipment...after numerous emails no answer... What do i need to do to get the authorities involved cause i want my money back, this never happened to me before so i don't know who i should contact?

How did the transaction occur? Did you get his phone number and address? Did you speak to him over the phone about this? If he isnt replying to anything, you can go to your local pd and file a report if he isnt local to you.

Maybe put up where he/she is from and well get your money back, AF STYLE :biggrin2: :biggrin2:

Too far south for me. That is almost a 3 hour drive. To close to Miami.

Damn, that sucks, I got scammed for a $120 cell phone, and a $40 digital camera the same damn day! And I've been on ebay forever, those were the most expensive things I've ever bought, and the first things I got scammed on, I'm so afraid to buy anything expensive off ebay now. And btw the fraud shit and all that crap has like a 30 day limit, if you don't do anything within a 30 day limit ur fucked
