How much gas does idling burn?

Hello! I was wondering how much gas one burns by idling vs. stopping and starting the car? There isn't much info that is up to date out there. How long could I idle and have it be more efficient than starting it? I heard every 2 minutes is a mile?

I drive a 2010 V6 Impala.
