I have a '90 Accord. I'm stuck on what kind of rims to get. I don't know how big to go, what color or anything. So if you could please help!

I like 17 inch. Anything bigger and you will be paying ridiculous amounts for tires. 17's tend to fill wheel wells very well, and generally look very nice.
As for appearance, you have a few choices:
(this is off the top of my head and is opinion, some of you may disagree)
Machined
Pro's
-Low maintainance
-Cheap to repair
-Look better than painted or powdercoated (my opinion)
Con's
-Don't look as good as chrome or polished
Painted
Pro's
-Fairly low maintainance
-Fairly cheap (usually)
Con's
-Paint can chip
Highly polished
Pro's
-Looks awesome (similar to chrome)
-Lower maintainance than chrome
Con's
-Scraches stand out
-Wheel repair can be quite expensive
Chrome
Pro's
-Look awesome
-Chrome doesn't scratch easily
Con's
-Once the chrome is chipped, it will continue to flake off
-Wheel repair is EXPENSIVE (Minor curb damage to one of mine cost 500 dollars and the wheel was gone for 2 months)
Powdercoated
Pro's
-Stronger than paint
-Low maintainance
-Medium price wheel repair
-Look fairly good
Con's
-Scratches stand out, and require the whole wheel to be repowdercoated

For a 90 Honda Accord, you can go anywhere from 15-18 inches. Best place to start would be by going to the Upgrade Garage section of our website. to check out the available styles:
