Dash lights need replacing.

My question: Is there an easy way to change out the old bulbs in the dash?
I have 2 burnt-out, but I will change all of them when I get to it
Do I have to pull the dash to do this? or can I go in from behind?
Info is for a:
FORD 1999 CROWN VICTORIA. (It is not a digital dash). Thanks.
