These front sway bar bushings make a lot of noise when they dont fit the sway bar correctly. As they wear they wear to an oval shape and the clearance around the round sway bar makes noise with every bump in the road. I searched and these are not easily available. I temp fixed them by removing from vehicle and on my table saw cut off a little near where the cut already exists in the rubber. This allows for the bushing to close up further around the sway bar. I then put the bushing on the sway bar and wrapped several times with electrical tape. when I put the steel clamp on the bushing it closed up the clearance around the sway bar. Noise is gone for now.
