2004 f650 trouble codes

Does a 2004 f650 have blink codes you can retrieve with out a scanner? I've tried holding down the cruise control set button while turning the key to the on position, but without luck. I have a snap on code reader but it won't communicate with the computer and i don't have a scanner that will connect to the round data plug for heavy trucks.
