if you want a quiet exhaust then the skunk2 is not what you want. i had it on my car and if you look at my sig it is now replaced with a hks hi-power exhaust because it was too loud. i was pulled over three times by the man while i was just cruising. for a cat back system i would recommend greddy evo, hks hi power, greddy sp, thermal r&d stealth, rsr, there are some more, but i can't remember them right now. you can also go with a custom exhaust. just make sure they use stainless steel mandrel bent pipping. you won't need a new cat, but its good to replace it with a hi flow cat. also buy a quality muffler and make they put some type of resonator some whre in the exhaust to keep it quiet.
