Boso Lambo

Wasnt content with the aggressive lines of the aventador and being a fan of the Kawashima Celica, Bosozoku cars and Liberty Walk, Its safe to say i nailed combining all 3. Most agravating part of this build wouldve been shaping the flares had i not figured out a trick of making the parts removable using a technique i learned from working on diecasts
setting up the shape i want

early stages of flaring

after drying i carefully peeled the parts off

then sanded

http://i.imgur.com/WyLRh7A.jpg
this is where im at now the front fenders are ready for primer after scribing and drilling
http://i.imgur.com/gyJBXRT.jpg
rears still need work
http://i.imgur.com/2ARCtdv.jpg
being that its a Boso inspired build, do expect a crazy exhaust and wheels, also working on a widebody panamera but this forum has a hardon against diecasts and the people who build em so ill save the how to and the rest of the pics for facebook.

Very Cool. Love the rear flares, huge!

This is crazy! Looks like it's going to look really good though. When I read "boso" I expect useless camber and so on. Which would ruin a Lambo. But modifying the lines of an already-crazy-looking car? Rock on.

So freaking sick!! I love how you used the plastic so you could take the flares back off... Awesome trick!! What kind of material is that? And what do you use for the putty? I'm a huge fan of modified diecast! That Panamera looks incredibly sexy!!

thanks, stage 1 of the paint is done i left the wheels raw because i feel they wouldnt be as aggressive looking with smooth spokes with the metalizers i picked out. Everything on this car will be flat including the pearl paint

Great build. Us die-cast guys are here too. I agree the die-cast sub forum on here is pretty dead.

I see you are going with purple instead of the original matte black. Hmm

Very cool build. You willing to share more details on the fender flair technique?
