This probably doesnt help much, but it wasnt me. I tried to do it on a 69 about 10 years ago, and it is a royal pain!

opening/closing doors & trunks are easy to do IMO.

If your looking for info on how to do this, ill try and help you out.

There is two way you can cut the door/trunk out. Use the backside of the blade, and scrape over and over and over and over again down the lines, OR, light a candle, and put the blade into the flame. After a couple seconds, run the blade (sharp side, not the backside for this technique) down the line. When you finally get the door/trunk cut out, you will have to do some sanding if you use this technique, but hasnt failed me yet.

Ill post pics of my Tamiya Lexus GS300 Lowrider with opening door & trunk (both are hinged) if you'd like.

my door trunk and gascap are already cutted out but I want to know the best technique to do the door sills /post if you say plastic card I want to know the thickness

and I also need the more reference possible for the 1967 plymouth belvedere/gtx
