Mazda 3 Gear Knob Insert

Hi, I'm in need of some help locating a 'Gear Knob Insert' for my Mazda 3 1.6, 5 speed.
It's just the plastic stick on bit that shows the location of each gear.
Do these have any particular name? And where can I buy one from in the UK?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
