Looking for V12 ITB setup

Does anyone know of a good aftermarket (or kit) individual throttle body setup that I can purchase, to use on a BMW M70? My only thought so far was to use the McLaren S70/2 setup from Profil24, but I can't seem to find that engine kit for under $100.

Really any V12 ITB setup should work, provided it's for a 60-degree engine.
