Brake pedal was way too low and soft. Bled 'em crazy. Still bad.
Replaced master cylinder today hoping to solve it.
Bled bled bled.
Pedal still goes way low and slowly to the floor if you hold pressure.
Have new rotors / pads on front, new shoes on rear. I do not see any leaks anywhere.
According to the Helm's test for the brake booster it's supposedly fine. I'm not sure, but the test procedure says it is.
So it's pretty much down to booster or proportioning valve right?
Any thoughts? Would the proportioning valve cause the pedal to slowly drop to the floor like a bad master cylinder would?? Thanks in advance.

Check your caliper to see if its frozen or not. See if your brake line has any leaks.
