HI!!!I have a little question. I have superwhite 55W on my headlights, and I just change my clearance lights. And they are a LITTLE whiter than my headlight. So i decide to get the 80w bulbs. So i was wondering if 80w in the headlight is ok for the harnesses or the wires, or wattage didn't make a difference of the same bulbs. And also is 55W ok for the fog????

use the 80w bulb if you wanna melt your harness. might not happen at first but i guarantee it will.

80W is pushing it for the headlights. They might melt your harness since it's designed to handle 55W, but, it seems that for some the harness melts and for others no problems, use 80W at your own risk. 55W seems to be ok for fogs, myself and others are running 55W on our fogs and haven't seen a problem yet.
