Here is my Revell 99 Chevy CK. The color is Plasti- Kote green to blue to purple. The rims are Jadatoys 26"!! I know the pics aren't great. Pleases tell me what you think.

Suspension- fat C-notch

- bigass CO2 tank in the bed
Interior- color-matched dash

These rims are smaller than the first set. They were 30''s:eek:

No, if I wanted the front to lay frame the rims would be coming out the top of the hood:tongue: Not to mention the engine wouldn't fit.

i got the same project going now just thought id add in what i have done if you cut the front wheel wells out and add camber to the front wheels you should be able to get them to tuck i have dub city spintek wheels on mine they are 1/24 scale and about 1.3 inches across yes they are real dubcity spinteks from 1/24 escalade kit lookout for the knockoff spinteks on ebay those are alil smaller at 1.25 inches and the tire is not as wide i also have a set of those i dont like them i have a couple pics showing my truck as it is right now with the front wheels just sitting in place heres a couple pics

B16EF you did a great job on the shaving man i love that hopefully i can get enough motivation to do something like that to mine im not sure yet just thought id share what ive done so far let me know what you think

and to the mods this post should probably be moved to the completed and in progress forum

EDIT: forgot to add im new here and in case anyone didnt catch my post in the real name/age II my name is John im 20 from upstate NY (Rochester) have enjoyed seeing all of your work and look forward to adding my own...oh and thanks to the mods for moving this to the completed/in progress so we can keep it going without it getting annoying in the main forum :icon16:

i was thinking either shave it off or try to fill in the lines in it to make it all smooth but im not sure ive never really done anything like that yet just use fine grit around 1200? sand paper and sand it down right?

To get the door trim off, I used a dremel to get close(but not perfect) then sanded the rest.

But yep it's for the airbag suspension. I've seen some people that use nitrous in their suspensions, though.
