Do you like to cook?

I'm not a very good cook at all. I can handle a BBQ okay, but I don't know much about cooking. About the best thing I can do is grilled cheese.

I'd like to learn more, but it's one of those things I never find time for... :(

What about you? :D

I can cook the following:

Grilled Cheese
Macaroni and Cheese (from the box or my own concotion)
Ham and Cheese Omelet
Pizza
Almost any dessert from a box

As you can see all I can cook is stuff with cheese and sweet stuff.

I like cooking if I have the time, which is hardly never!!! :p

I very much enjoy cooking. That was one thing I am glad I learned when I was younger. I can make just about anything you want. Including Ramen Noodles. :p

when i try to cook all i end up geting is "burnt offerings"

but i can make a mean grilled ham&cheese

Normaly im to Lazy to actualy do anything, but If I have to im actualy quite good at it.
My mother made me to some cooking when I was younger and I think it piad off.

i was actually a chef like dealy at a country club last summer. made all sorts of burgers and fish and steaks and chicken. was pretty cool. i look forwardto doin it again his summer. my dad went to the culinary institute of america and was an executive chef for over 15 years. he can cook anything u can imagine. its awsome :D

i don't mind cooking... i barely ever do it though

especially steak..... oh man, i've just started drooling :D


this one night i got back home from a party, i could barely stand i was done..... but i wanted to eat, so i went out in the backyard, straight to our super grilling machine :) and cooked a BBQ steak... at like 5 in the morning :D LOL memories
i barely remember it, i'm just glad my mom didn't come down and see her drunk kid makin a steak early in the morn, lol :D

Why is that men love BBQs???? Just about ever guy that I know loves the BBQ. They won't let women near em!!! :p

I LOVE TO COOK!!!

I like to cook when I have time. It's hard sometimes to want to drag out pots n pans after a long day at the office. When I have plenty of name though I like to make something yummy. All of our friends came over for a July 4 party over the summer so I made a really nice dinner. We stayed up late eating, playing chess, having a few drinks and BSing...one of the best July 4th's we've had :)

I, enjoy cooking. I don't like to make the boring meals, but like to challange myself when I get to cook.

Last time my parents went away for the weekend, I made Lazange for me and my little brother, made some (real) garlic bread to go with it, and had jello (we LIKE jello :D!) for dessert :).

Then on Sunday, I simply BBQ'd some Hamburgers, and topped that with sauted Mushrooms and Motzerella (sp?) cheese :).

Now, how is it that I don't have a girlfriend yet ;)?

I like 2 cook in my relationship when we want to make a good home cooked meal my wife sends me to the kitchen to whip up something, for some reason I come up with recepies out of thin air. ((problably cause I read Better Homes & Gardens along with my car mags)).

My in-laws always ask when am I coming over they make sure to stock up so I can cook them dinner on the weekends, my parents started doing the same now that I no longer live with them. :confused:

Know that I think about it my sister's due it tooooooo & my sister's in-laws do it too. Hey a conspiracy between my families.

It seems every time I go visit a relative I end up cooking! I guess that's why they all love me so much.:D

Cook here too. I acutally debated going to a Chef school but decided I didn't have the creativity for it. :(

Anyone ever watch that Iron Chef show? Kick ass! Those guys are amazing! :eek:

I don't mind cooking as long as some one else cleans up after me, I'm very messy in the kithchen. My specialties are spaghetti and chicken chimichangas.

I can't believe so many of you guys can cook and also enjoy it. It's really great to see!!!! :D :D

Me and the lady have a deal....she cooks, i clean up after her.
When she is at work and i have to cook......it's 2min noodles all round.

I'm hopeless when it comes to cooking.
I have no since of time. I throw everything on at once then woder why some things are cooked in 5mins and i'm still waitnig 20 mins later for the rest to cook.

Well, the clean up part, that I can do too. She said that would be my job. I'm cool with it.

I can't cook for shit. I put a pot of water to boil some eggs. Didn't get to put the eggs in yet, cause I was watching something and forgot that I left the pot on. Next thing you know, the pot is dry as fuck and burning. After that, came the ban.:(

My menu is a bit better than that. I am now trying to make half-heakthy meals, so I eat right. Most of the time I'll make basic stuff, but I am fairly capable. Nothing that big though. I also love barbeque, well steak anyways, I just love steak. Mmmmmmmmm.

I got my ban from cooking the kids bake beans and doing the same thing.
Turned it on high and forgot about it......lol
The other was putting some butter in the micoware to soften up.
Instead of setting it for a few sec i just hit start. The phone went and i forgot about it. The micowave was set for 5minutes...doh

I like to cook cuz I think it's really fun. I especially like to do BBQ and grilling (not the same thing ya know), but I can do alot of other stuff like bake.

I love to cook - well... i guess its a good thing since i do it for my job ... i have actually been cooking for the past few years and i love it - dont know why but i can cook almost anything.

My mom teaches me her recipe's for stuff, and cause she's a polish mom, born and raised in poland, she can cook up a storm! She say's it'll help when i get a girl (HA!....but taht's another stroy altogether..) and she juuuuust may be right.

Its mathematical, if ya think aobut it....wife comes home...tired.... I cook.....she gets some rest, and is happy....more nookie for me!

yeah same here... all my mom does is cook... cause her side is polish and german

dad's side is italian... so we're big eaters :D
