In my state it is Illegal to only have one Plate on your car. So i will have to put one on the front of the 98 GSX. But how the hell do you put it on the front , theres no place that will hold it ,any suggestions?

I am in the same position. What i planned on doing was finding a place inside the mouth to put it on. Whether i strap it with box ties or whatever, i put it on the black plastic, put a grille on the mouth, and then i put lights inside the mouth with it, explaining that the lights are for the license plate. But that's just my plans for looks, and the way to get out of it. Anyways, I also have a friend who has a new Neon, and she has no mounts for her front plate either, and what she does is she just keeps the front plate in her passenger door, and when a cop stopped her, she just said that there was no place to put it and she has it with her, and he okayed it. So either you can work with it, or just keep it in the car.

Well, what i planned on doing was putting a grille in the front mouths. It would be silver, and i wanted to put blue lights inside the mouth, facing up and out, so it left a blue outline around the holes of the grille. But someone told me cops could use that as a distraction and ticket me, so if i zip tie my license plate in there, i could say the lights are in there so it makes my plate visible.

Nah, those H.I.D. simulated fog lights are what i was gonna use for the blue. Those are 100% legal... well... most for off-road use.
