Honda Prelude Swamp B21A1 with B20A5

I am in need of some advice. :) I currently have a ..

1990 Honda Prelude SI 2.1L with a B21A1 engine. (FI, DOHC)

I recently broke my timing belt in the car which caused some valve damage and possibly some piston damage.

I would like to replace the engine and I found a

88-90 B20A5 2.0L engine. (FI, DOHC).

I am wondering if this engine would work with my car or if I would need to find another B21A1.
