Nissan vs. Pep Boys

Ok, so i haven't had much luck w/getting my headlight fixed (one side is dimmer than other..tried everything.) I plan to go to the Nissan dealership but know it will cost much more than a regular pep boys...should i just go with the money saver or take it to the best? what would you do?

Your lights probbably have to be re-wired. The high beam on one of your lights may be on and the other may have the low beam.... Check it out...... This happened to my Max....

thats exactly what happened! i only have one high beam. What did you do? did you get it rewired? how much did it cost?

Well my situation was different that yours... See my Max had another "major" problem, My shifter got stuck in park and I endend up breaking it so I took it to Nissan and they charged me like $735 to fix the problem, they did a "courtesy" check of the car($50) and they came to the conclution that my axle was bad and I had only one high beam. so I told them Fu%& the axle and just fix the light and my shifter. So I really don't know how much it cost because they included it in the bill..... Sorry, the only thing I could tell you is to go to Nissan or someone you trust..
