im in need of parts

if any of u have parts layign aroudn to an 87 crx si. i whould be glad to maybe buy some of them.

no dought his cavvy smoked my crx . but he had perfect start and my o2 sencer puicked up bad ness and stalled up

What parts do you need?

well i need the exterior door skirts and matching fender skirts. enterior door handles both sides. i need the control stick for the windsheild wipers. and i need performance parts out the asss. lol.

o and maybe even just a difffernt engine insted of the 1.5 lit stock if i can fidn oen thats easy to place in that beast tired of cavys beatign hondas.:thefinger :loser: :icesangel

I have all those parts. I also have injectors from a 87 prelude Si. And a ecu from an Integra. Where are you located? Im in Florida. Let me know if you still need the parts. I dont know how much the stuff is worth. So make me an offer.

im in kansas um i dotn really know either but u know i mean we could figure some thign out. whoudl the injectors and work on my engine. and what about the ecu integra will the work on my 1.5 lit. hmmm

Ill figure out the prices. They should be reasonable. Yeah the ecu and injectors will work. Only thing is you need to add a fuel reg. Ill try to remember which site had the posting about it. I think its Redpepperracing.com. I also know you can use the torsion bars and rear drums from a 87 wagon. You also can use Teg rear disc brake but its easier to put the rear drums from the 87 wagon. They are aluminum and are light then the stock CRX. I have a DC 4-2-1 header that I might not need in the future. But as of right now im keeping it till I get it on the road. Ill try to get some dyno numbers for you with the injectors and Teg ecu once i get it on the road. My email address is MyWorld80@aol.com

The windshield wiper switch and turn signal are one piece. How does $40 bucks sound and $20 for both door handles? You'll have to pay for shipping of course. The ecu $50 and $70 for the injectors.

sounds good to me makeing sure its the arm rest handles i didnt post right i guess. and also what abotu teh finder and door skirts u have them? not sure if i coudl really use the ecu and injectors and it make a differnce or whould it do u know.

yeah man im sorry i need the interior arm rest. and the door skirts and finder skirts.. Well this month the money is alittle tight and i need to put about a $100 limit on my spendings for performance, cause i really need to get the car back in good stock shape before i do any upgrading. So if you agree i will pay you $100 both for the ecu and injectors.

Ok thats a totally different part. How does $40 sound? The fender skirts? Its all one piece. The fenders need to be repaired. Small cracks nothing to big. Those plastic fenders crack easy. Ill still have to figure out those prices. I know new they are about $200 each. I called a body shop to see how much the fender and door panels are new. If i had to guess right now the price would be around $175 to $200 for both fenders and the door panels. Door panels? the plastic piece thats one the bottom half of the door? Ill give you the price once I hear from the shop. Sure Ill take $100 for the ecu and injectors since your getting the other stuff. You didnt say if you wanted it all at once or a couple at a time. i whoudl want it in bitts so i can put it on as i go. i already have fenders and they dotn have the skirts on them. and the ones on my door have holes in them. i talked to a body machinc here and he said i can just take these off and if i can find new one put them on in replacement. yeah im talking abotu the bottom plastic part on the door. and the finders i have that r in good shape have no skirts ont ehm so i was jus tlookng for a set that went together. there not a big deal right now though. i guess i can try and take the skirts off the finders i have rigth now on the car. but the finders them selfs r gone the skirts r godo bu tthe finders r shot. my email is morpheiss@yahoo.com i sent u a email a few days ago did u reseive it.

No,$40 for the armrest. The body shop called and told me the prices for the parts. The fenders cost $230 each the door skirts cost $180 each. This is new from the dealer. So how about $150 for both?

Perfect condition! They are crack free and primed. I couldnt believe that they cost so high.

Yeah Im doing the same thing with mine. I bought it and fixing it up to sell it. But Im going to have some fun with it first. They are a fun car to drive. I learned how to drive stick in one. It was a 86 Carb crx. But ran good. Fun cars. What about the other parts?

Ive seen people put a carbed ZC engine in an 87 dx, thats what i have. Man the jump from 58 hp to 108, will set your ass back in your seat, seeing as how your car only weighs 1800 lbs which is a lot lighter than that damn cavalier. Plus it'll hold a lot more boost than the stock d15a2, 1.5 carbed engine will.

well im already at 110 hp so im done with mods as far as engine and all. need to make it look all nice now it runs liek really good but now looks need to come into play. im not sure about a body kit if any one whould pay what its worth with one on it or not,
