Running RICH

My car is running real rich it backs up the back bumper in about 20 minutes of run time i have ben playing with a mixture gauge and it pegs it out as soon as you start it, and sugestions i have a 90 civic si with a zc dohc.

check your pressure regulator, it may be broken and sending too much fuel into ur mix.
