Am looking at the schematic for the DDM (drivers door module) for that truck and see no SP203. The master electrical list does not have a SP203 either. The DDM gets its power from a circuit breaker in the IP fuse box, LT DOOR breaker 25amp. The breaker is powered by the UBEC 1 fuse 50amp in the underhood fuse box. If the DDM has power and ground, the module (switch) needs replaced and programed. A Tech 2 scanner is needed to do a accurate diagnosis of the DDM as switch status and command can be read on the scanner.

you have no window/locks/mirror operation ?
all other doors work normally ? just driver door ?
any voltage/ground checks with a meter also fuses ?

Yeah, I remember the good old days, when door modules and BCM's were not involved......
One question.....I assume your Driver's side window does not work......can you operate the other three windows from the driver's door switch? If you can, that means that power and ground are OK at the driver's door module.....so basically, you check for power and ground out of the door module to the power window motor, when the switch is in the up or down position.....if you have power and ground(use a test light) in both positions, then a bad motor.....if you don't, then you have to check for power from the switch to the door module in both positions......if no, bad switch, if yes, bad module.....
