Water in hatch

I get a puddle of water in the spare tire compartment after it rains.

I think it may be coming in through the tail lights.

Anyone had this problem or know how to fix it??:confused:

i have a similar problem, after its done raining, and if i open my trunk water just poors in from the tail light area all over my carpet, and it pisses me off.

this happened to me, pissed me off so i got some interior/exterior clear silicone caulking and went around my taillights in the grooves and now... no more leaks! its awesome cuz it was right were one of my 6 by 9's sat and water got all over the magnet, luckily it was an old one from the K car hehe

I get the same mad leakage in my hatch too. It is in the spare tire compartment AND on the floorboard were the passengers in the back would put there feet. Thank God I have no carpet in my car (Only floormats for the driver and passenger side), otherwise I would have a mess! :biggrin:

i had the same thing except it was only when i drove in the rain cause there was a smal;l hole in the wheel well where i couldnt see it, and the water just poured in there. i fixed it though so its all good:smile:
