Still working on it... you wouldn't believe how much sanding is involved!
Here's some recent pics... almost done with sanding this one, then it needs to be painted. The other one is in about the same state:

haha I know what you mean. My installer had 72 hours worth of sanding time on my box. Talk about smoother than a babies bottom. :eek:

Yeah... I've done about 25 hours of sanding on just one, and about 15 hours on the other so far. I've sanded so much that when I blow my nose, my boogers are blue. But it's gotta be perfect so I can paint it.
