Towed, being towed!

Why do I see more cars being towed or on platform trucks?

I see it when the cops stop a car and cars going all over here in CT being towed.

Are the cops getting stopped cars towed more or is it internet sales of cars being delivered? What is the reason?

dont park in the wrong place and u wont get towed... those dudes are trying to make their money
