Temperature sensor decal?

Does anyone know if the temperature sensor decals can be purchased?

I am looking a scaled version (1/24 or 1/20) of this:

The sadly long-departed F1Specialties used to have these with their tyre label set. I think I've seen them elsewhere, maybe try IndyCals?
