The reason I post this is that I have a ZC SOHC dual carb (keihin) in my 4genner. I would like to change that to duel webers.

yeah but hondas carburated engines suck compared to GM carburated motors. GM's r alot stronger

Although, it would be nice to build an all motor sohc no-tec screamer.

yeah i know but just up grade to a d16z6 block and put a d16y8 head on it. all motor
