90 topaz/tempo

I have a 1990 Topaz. Went to start it today, no luck, kinda. It ran fine as long as I was there to shoot some carb cleaner into the intake. Seems like the issue is somewhere between the fuel filter and the cylinders. The fuel pump pressurizes the syatem as it should and there is fuel supplied to the fuel filter at least. Any suggestions and or insight?
