not unless you want to buy an 00+ celica gts front clip and be the first to put that engine into an older celica.
dont bother with that engine. it will be cheaper to get an alltrac engine swapped in and it will be faster with a lot more potential.

which 5speed would be best on that 3SGTE in a front wheel drive, and do you know if the late celica's 6speed will fit?

get the mr2 turbo tranny, or, if you can find one, the tranny from a JDM celica SS-III(fwd tranny that bolts to the beams 3sge)
the newest celica gt-s's have a 6 speed, but it wont bolt up to a 3sgte
