well...since no-one seems to know how, or doesn't want to give up the info...here's how its going...
the dash pad is in pieces...its cool tho...it was breaking apart way too easy...i guess i needed a new one...
took off the gauges, radio, a/c, console, compartment door, every bolt holding it down that i know of, and yet...it still is hanging on...i think it has something to do with the wiring and air bag (which makes me extremely nervous)...i'll mess with it more tom...hopefully someone will clue me in...please!!

Is there a steel sub frame in the dash? Is that what is still hanging on? When I took the dash out of the Blazer (RIP) the windshield had to come out.

we will never know :)
lol
i gave up, covered most of the inside of the car, and painted the darn dash while still in the car...
but i don't think thats it...i'm still positive it was the wiring and the passenger side airbag. but, i've learned to never count anything out.
thanks for trying - if i was still on it i would have checked that out.
