I am looking to buy a new 2014 CX-5. I am currently being offered the Sport AWD model for $22,795. That seems much lower than what normal market value is for this car. Is this a deal that I should jump on right away?

I am thinking about buying a CX5 but never bought a Mazda before, only Toyota and Honda. Thoughts please?
