I can't stand them little "furren" cars.

Well, stand beside'em is about all I can do. They're just a little too cramped inside to get my poor old mistreated bones and joints all folded up to get inside. LOL Thought I'd show you a few of the types of cars I build. I am impressed by the performance that you get from those little four cylinder and six cylinder engine but I was raised on cubic inches. Hope you'll let an old fogie play with you tuners. http://mediaservice.photoisland.com/auction/Jun/20036188860176792728477.jpg

Welcome Luke!!!
I'm another American V8 modeler, but I am slowly learning to like those "furrin" cars and tuners too. I have a 14 year old son who is into the whole tuner scene much like I was (and still am)into muscle cars and street rods at his age, and I must say, it's growing on me like a fungus.:iceslolan
AF is also to blame. :icon16:
In escence, tuners are todays "street rods".
I have seen your work and photography on Randy's site, you are truly a master at what you do.

Welcome aboard Luke.
As somebody who has Ford Blue blood running through his veins (and an unabashed Mustang supporter), I can say without shame that I am very impressed by the import tuners. Their creativity and the fact that they squeeze major hp from small OHC engines earns my respect. Now if only Mustangers would stop bitchin' about the complexity of the Modular V-8....heck...if the tuners can do it with Honda VTEC and Toyota VTCC engines.....
Anyways.....just because I love Mustangs and are my main source of street going modelling subjects...it doesn't stop me from enjoying the imports...especially Tamiya's WRC cars (the Focus and the WRX are my faves by far).
I think you'll find these guys are a helpful bunch and pretty good blokes too.
